We are there for you day and night, 24 hours. You can
order your goods directly in the store with a shopping
basket, by fax or by mail.

Delivery
times:

make every effort to deliver as quickly as possible!
ayana-book.com generally delivers your order within
5 - 10 business days. If there is a delay, we will contact
you immediately by e-mail, fax or phone. If there has
been a particularly large demand for a specific item, it
may be that an item is temporarily out of stock. In such
cases, your order will be split up and delivered as the
items become available.

Shipping
within Germany:
We have made every effort to share out equitably the
postage and packaging costs that result from high
transportation costs. The categories are as follows:

Complaints:
If you receive damaged goods, please file a complaint
immediately with the transport company and inform us as
well. Any damage should be reported within 8 days.
Please consider, however, that certain articles (particularly
books) are produced in India or Sri Lanka and often do
not meet European standards. Minor flaws are already
reflected in the low prices.

Exchange:
The
following cannot be exchanged: - recorded media
(CD/video/audio tape) and books. Please note that fewer
and fewer publishing companies are wrapping their
goods in plastic because of the environmental damage
it causes. Therefore, the fact that an item is not wrapped
in plastic is not grounds for exchange; unless, of course,
the item is clearly defective.

they have been paid for in full.
